Just after sun rose…..

after a hard overnight frost, -6° as I started walking, then rose to 1°. Seasonable, a lovely winter’s day!
There was a Great crested grebe fishing on the loch, although in winter plumage he doesn’t have a crest. Fieldfares busying about in the heather.
A fine day at the Castle!
