shepherds' warning

Condensation on the window hazed a beautiful sunrise. I had gone downstairs to get myself a coffee (D was up getting ready to go to college) and then went back to bed to read for a bit. I took this from the bedroom window at 7.46.

I travelled with D as far as Irongray Church and walked back - by 9am a drizzly rain had already started. But the shepherds were over-cautious - the weather turned out ok later on, quite mild too. I spent some time in the garden picking up apples and stacking logs.

Then it was a day of housework; I always like to get things straight on a Monday so I can enjoy myself for the rest of the week haha.

Time for tea now and then it's out to drum :-)
