Up and Down

Have either slept badly or have twinged my back.
Nevertheless l was ready in plenty to go into Leeds, so much so l planted two lots of bulbs in the planters at the front of the house.
Then time to catch the bus only to realise as it approached l had forgotten my purse :-((
Still had time to drive to the station and get the train.
Managed ballet fine after a careful start.
Seem to hurt most getting up from a sitting position.

Could have hurt it yesterday when l got a lot of crockery out of a low cupboard.
It’s now sat on a sofa waiting to go to the charity shop, see extra.
Rebecca has already bagged the small plates and two lots of bowls.
Adele is coming at the weekend and she might want some.
Sad to be parting with it but it’s just cluttering up a cupboard these days.
I expect l will be moving house in the next couple of years so it’s time to get rid of stuff.
