My Rowan has lost all its leaves and berries now but the trees opposite have some way to go. It will take until the new year for the oaks to be bare.


Was in my plans to meet Elaine in Harrogate for lunch but we had to cancel so l went to Ilkley Cinema this afternoon.
Artist Typist Pirate King, had seen the trailer last week but found the subject more serious than l expected but l really liked it especially as it was based on a true story.
What was surprising was that a local area in Ilkley was mentioned and most of us gave a gasp. 
Then towards the end of the film there was filming of an Ilkley beauty spot right before our eyes, most unexpected.

Home now and a light snack before it’s about turn and l’m out for double dance.
