In the Kitchen

The Feast Day of Saint Cecilia. Patroness of Music.
It is rainy and 7c so I have not been out walking today.
36 years ago, my husband Paul and I were married in Addiscombe, Croydon.
I am grateful for the many kind skills Paul has brought to our Catholic marriage.
He is a good cook, writes music, does Sudoku puzzles, enjoys reading and crosswords, drives, shops and can mend all the things that I can't.
The Starlings have been slow to eat today and that is no surprise as the rain has deterred them.
