Pretty Poppies

Beside the Cardrona River.  The day started out beautiful and sunny, so I knew the Californian Poppies would be looking great.  No sooner had I taken this photo, than down came the rain!!  It has been showery all day.
That is Mt Maude in the background.

I have clocked up 10K steps, so all is well.
