Raked Up
We think it's a cultural difference we have with our neighbors down at the other end of the block. They're perfectly fine and friendly, who moved here about 15 years ago, from southern CA (is that the reason?), and keep up their place real nice - except when it comes to leaves. Instead of raking them up and using them for mulch or packing them into the big, green yard debris cans, they carefully blow them out of every corner of the yard and then scatter them out into the street. As though it's the city's job to pick up their leaves; it's not.
