Thanksgiving

Strava Day 538. Mindful breakfast and indoor yoga done.

Realized its Thanksgiving in the US (and some other countries) today or later, thus the title.

Featured photo is a photo by B in our backyard. The two ladies are my first cousins Ate Raquel and Ate Mary Ann. They both call me Sofie (which is what I prefer even if it does not appear on my school records and ids). Grateful to have them stay with us temporarily. Read somewhere years ago that alloting quality time with family and close friends is beneficial for your mental health.
