Strong Waters

Is the name of this shop in Banchory which pursues the trade of many alcoholic drinks, especially whiskies and gins.

The labels contain some fascinating images together with image of the business.

While Pat and Mrs Dog perused the various ‘candy stores’ that are to be found in Banchory, I took Mr Dog for a walk around the various streets in the town.

Regrettably the rain was fairly strong and we ventured in a chocolate cafe for a rather fine flavoured Hot Chocolate.

Thereafter we rendezvoused with our ‘better half’s’ and headed to the Raemoir Garden Centre for Lunch. This is a very large facility with many departments including the largest Christmas Decoration Department that I have ever visited. They must have deep pockets in Banchory.

After Banchory we headed back to Ballater stopping to pick up some final goodies for tomorrow’s Thanksgiving festivities.
