Thursday

Another awful nights sleep. Dragged myself out of bed to get to the chemist to get my new meds, then dropped off my laptop at my friends as my SD card got stuck in it last night hence no blip. Her son is going to try and fish it out.
No visit today and I cancelled therapy, just couldn't face it. Feeling so low and emotional, don't want to be awake, don't want to sleep as I know I have to wake up and face another long, lonely day. I have no hope.
