Wednesday

Still experimenting with freezing flowers, not very good at it, but it distracted me today. 
Couldn't get up in time for the park this morning, this is really annoying me, I am missing out on what I like doing. 

Therapy this afternoon which was most welcome and it felt good getting stuff out, not that she had answers, and that is what I need.
