Blue banded

The blue banded bees are back.  I did see some a few weeks back but this is the first opportunity I have had to blip one.   Normally they fly around like firecrackers and are nigh impossible to catch but this was hesitated on the lavender so I managed a shot.

Aside from that it has been chores around the house and not much else to report.  Poor Maggy hasn't even been taken for a walk yet so I better rectify that pronto.

I also meant to mention that most of my sense of smell has returned.  Happy days.  I walked past a gardenia bush fully out on Monday and the perfume was heavenly.  Hooray!
