Cue Jaws music

I went down to Speers Point park as T's band - she plays the cornet in the PCYC band - were giving a short performance along with other bands.  Maggy was beside herself with excitement.  The whole park had been booked for a private Christmas function.  Believe me, whoever's party it was had a huge workforce.  I am thinking a mining company.  Anyhoo Maggy thought they were all there to give her pats and say hello to.  It was hitting 30C at 10 am so she was quite hot and near the stage had little shade so she needed cooling off in the lake.  The park is alongside the lake so we could still hear the band while she was doing her Jaws thing.

A massive storm this afternoon and then the sun came out just as hot.   Now this is more like the storm season.  Now if only we had a good electrical storm at night and I would be off storm chasing.
