Pollok House is getting ready ......

.... and I have it on great authority that all the trees will be in place and decorated by Dec 1st.

I did post a parcel yesterday .... a bit early but with so many days of postal strikes I do want the parcel to reach the island of West Mersea in time for Christmas. 

The post office was empty when I went in but with two days of strikes there were about half a dozen sacks full of parcels etc waiting to be collected.

A busy day tomorrow with church, a concert rehearsal and then the performance at night. A change of venue for us ..... looking forward to using the beautiful St Margaret's Scottish Episcopal Church in Shawlands.
