Saturday: Family Connection
Weather mild but windy and odd showers of drizzle - by dusk it’s blowing a howling gale :-((
Spent many happy hours adding more branches to my family tree.
The newspaper advert, which is today’s blip, is for a drapery shop in Pwllheli which carries the name of the farm “Pwlldefaid” (“Defaid” = sheep, “pwll” is pool, puddle or pond) - where at least 3 generations of the family lived … and one individual “migrated” to Anglesey and they are buried with members of their family at Llanddyfnan Church … see Thursday’s Blip.
Had a few walks around the garden, picked baby kale leaves to add to tonight’s curries.
Finished my book last night and I have just the book for a stormy night :-)
Enjoy your Saturday night xxxx xxx xx
Nos da pawb / goodnight all xx
