Birthday explorations in Alexandria.

Today was a long lie, a trip to a fortress at the site of the Pharos lighthouse, a jaunt around some Roman excavations - and a visit to the library in Alexandria. Oh and I almost forgot, it was also the man's birthday.

Sadly, back to Cairo to catch the plane home tomorrow. One thing I do know though, the bus journey is likely to be interesting!
