Woke around lunchtime.
Got a CPN visit mid afternoon , she brought some grounding skills with her and we went through them .
After, I went for a short walk and noticed the tide way higher than normal and spilling out into the seating area.
Head feeling tingly aand I know I'm not fully aware of whats going on and what I'm doing.
