A sunny day

It was a sunny start to the day as I headed off to the gym for a sprint cycle class.  I then headed back home to prepare lunch for My husband and his two cycling friends.  It was an enjoyable afternoon especially since I hadn't seen them for some time.  There was just enough time for us to pop down to the beach for a quick stroll once they had left.  The sun was just beginning to set as we walked along the shore.
