Blue Monday as opposed to Cyber Monday!

Another day of ongoing fibromyalgia flare. I have done a lot today (by my standards!) despite the excruciating pain I have been in all day.

Today’s Blip is the front of my iPaper, which I finally got round to reading tonight with a cup of raspberry tea - trying to cut down on caffeine. My biggest hurdle being my love of Yorkshire Tea!

My fatigue is awful today as well as I slept very poorly last night. Hoping for a better night’s sleep tonight. My electric heat pad has hardly been off all day. I feel I have the energy of a pensioner right now (sorry pensioners!). At almost 41, I do feel sad and sometimes even resentful of my fibromyalgia.

Like many people locally, I found out today that my dentist is now only treating private patients, which wasn’t the most welcome news but I had been expecting it. I’m going to write a letter/email to my MP. Even if it is ignored, it will make me feel better. Bottling it up does nothing for me.

Today’s extras are a very poor shot of the moon from my window early evening (I’m obsessed with the moon and its phases) and an advertisement that was in the iPaper which made me laugh. Please tell me there aren’t people who order and wear such night attire!
