2022 Friday — Doodah Shopping

The day after Thanksgiving is a good day to stay out of stores . . . but I wanted to take a drive north to the quaint tourist town of Cambria, partly because the Farmers Market is today.

Staying out of the big brand name stores — Costco, Sam‘s Club, Target, etc. — is a definite and we would need to drive east to San Luis Obispo to find those.

As well as the Farmers Market, I also wanted to just lookey-lou thru some stores I am fond of and hoping to see and get some ideas for December and Christmas decorations. Actually, I viewed lots of decorations and not all of them were seasonal, but simply lots of fun and/or thought provoking.

Overall it was a fun day and the weather was very nice. Tomorrow we’ll cook our Thanksgiving turkey and most likely overeat.
