Condolences

The Lakes resort is lovely and I would wholeheartedly recommend it. It is, however, not that accessible if you do not have a car. We arrived with Mark and Rob who kindly drove us but, as they left yesterday, we had to make our own way back to the ferry. Yesterday, we did ask if the resort could keep our bags while we have a day out but, unlike a hotel, they did not seem very geared up to that and we thought better of it in the end.

So, about 10:20, we caught a bus outside the Co-op and laden our bags (why do you always bring more than you intend to?) we made our way to Ryde and the 12:50 ferry. Home by 4pm and a little bit of grocery shopping for the evening. We also went to the local library to sign the Book of Condolence. There were quite a few pages already signed to the people of Raynes Park had been out.
