I was thinking how “conventional” my gardening was back then … today’s 10 minute gardening job was scraping leaves, moss and soil off “the top path”. The garden is resting for the winter, all the dead plant material is left where it falls to protect the soil and all the little creatures who live there.

I sat outside with my cup of tea but it became really cold so back into the warmth.

2 curlews flew over whilst I was taking photos, it was supposed to be just flowers but “someone!” saw me moving pots and spotted an opportunity for a snack.
Wallflowers, Mexican Daisies, red campion and periwinkle.
Fish&Chips for tea and heating on quite early.
