Wednesday: The Robin … Again!

I’d made plans (in my head!) to go for a bit of an outing, but after breakfast and coffee I felt very lethargic and cold and decided on a lazy day at home.
Didn’t neglect the birds though - filled their feeder at 2pm when they’re taking on food for their long, cold night. Noticed that their water trays needed cleaning and refilled with fresh water. Whilst I was in the mood I cleared fallen leaves off the steps, throwing everything underneath the twisted Hazel - the Robin came to “help & supervise” … so funny & good company!
Temperature was 4°C at tea time, but the heating has been on and we’re warm and cozy.
