Careful!

Sensible road sign at the end of Talton Lane as it joins the A3400 on the outskirts of Newbold-on-Stour. The bus is heading north towards Stratford and coming from the direction of Shipston-on-Stour.

Mid-afternoon but already the light is failing and the light at the entrance to South Lodge is  on. Well it's less than three weeks now until the 'shortest day' and the start of the Winter Solstice.

Today's walk was down to Ettington Park Hotel and then across to Talton Mill before taking the lane back home. Only a short walk but I wanted to get back home early as we're off to a concert in Bidford-on-Avon tonight as one of Jayne's sisters is among the singers.

I thought it was chilly whilst out walking and I think the forecast is for lower temperatures over the coming days.
