Mystery

The forecast today was for rain but we only got a short shower and not until after 5 pm so not an issue. 
We went down to the pool early this afternoon and noticed this duck on the wall. It stayed there all afternoon, no idea where it came from and it seemed a bit unsure of itself. We do see ducks around the reservoirs but nowhere near where we are so unsure where it popped up from. I wonder whether it was an escapee. Anyway, it caused some amusement this afternoon. That’s the sea in the background but it’s a long way away. We are at about 1000 feet elevation.
