Above the Borgne River

Waterfalls plunge out of cliffs to join the gorge of the river Borgne and, remarkably, the trees are still autumnal after the warmth we have had recently. A new walk for me from Bramois to Combioula where there are hot springs in the river which constantly changes its character as you go upstream, so pure and turquoise blue except where the hot springs create an orange “soup” with strange growths on the surface (extra).
