Roedden ni'n eithaf synnu i sylweddoli faint rydyn ni'n defnyddio busnesau lleol bach a cyn lleied rydyn ni'n defnyddio archfarchnadoedd - ac rydyn ni'n hapus iawn i'w cefnogi. Rydych chi'n cael gwasanaeth mwy personol pan allwch chi siarad â'r perchennog, ac mae'r busnesau eu hunain yn fwy yn fwy teyrngarol i'r ardal.

Between 'Glyn the Veg Man and Alwen in 'Iechyd Da' we think we buy 90% of our food. We were quite surprised to realize how much we use small local businesses and how little we use supermarkets - and we're very happy to support them. You get a more personal service when you can speak to the owner, and the businesses themselves are more loyal to the area.

Today we went shopping in the village and we went to 'Da Mara' for brunch. 'Da Mara' is an Italian restaurant, and again it is a local business. It's quiet there. Although they have music from the front of the restaurant, it's quiet at the back and we like it very much. Daniel and Nor'dzin had pizza and I had Italian sausage cawl. Delicious
