RAM

Every Thursday night RAM (a Haitian voodoo-inspired rock and roll band) plays at the historic Hotel Oloffson in downtown Port-au-Prince. The lead singer, Richard A. Morse, is the owner of Hotel Oloffson and the cousin of current President Michel Martelly. President Martelly himself used to be a very famous Haitian popular musician. Though Richard Morse supported his cousin in the 2010 presidential election, he has now spoken out against President Martelly for corruption. Morse's wife (also in the RAM band), is likely to be appointed to the Senate next year in the party opposing Martelly.

I am so confused by all things political here, but I've decided to just enjoy the music:)
