I made it to TaiChi! I watched a video of the teacher doing the short movement many times before the class - I think he has a mirror camera on his phone as I'm sure the movements were reversed! But then again what do I know! By the end of the class I felt like I was beginning to remember the movements in between the beginning and end movements! Progress! No silly pair games this eve - phew!
This time next week the Christmas Lights will be on so blip sorted for next thurs!
The white blobs you can see on the grass are the Muscovy Ducks!
