Once around the shops. This was the most colourful doorway. I only went into Tesco for stamps . . . having been unable to get any at the Post Office.

Ok . . . it is Sunday and the Post Office bit was shut but the rest of the shop sells postcards, greetings cards, Christmas cards, envelopes, other stationery and local gifts. So it seems strange that they don’t sell stamp books yet I could buy them around the corner in a food shop.

A few Christmas cards now in the post box. Deciding now which of the others to hand deliver and which to post.

It’s been colder today. I’ve allowed myself an extra hour of central heating (in addition to my December extra hour).
