Damp and Grey

After an enjoyable works night out a steady day has been had. This afternoon a trip over to Retford to visit Jeri and the family .
On the way over to Retford I stopped to take my final river/Canal shot for the year. A rather damp day so I stood under the bridge to take my shot. As you can see a rather grey looking day there is a splash of yellow in one of the trees but that is about it. I have included a shot looking the other way also.
While over there we enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch cooked by her partner Paul and watched some football. We stayed late and Watched a fine England 3-0 win against Senegal which now sets up a Quarter final match against France next Saturday . Nothing else much to report
