While in Nelson today we had time to visit The Queen’s Garden. A small, but lovely park situated next to the Suter Art Gallery, which we also visited.

These three birds seemed to lay claim to the water near a small island close to the walled Chinese Garden, also within the boundary of the Park. Here they are swimming in a spotlight of morning sunlight.
