Squirrel

We popped down to the square this afternoon to post a birthday card. I was hoping for at least a hint of the sun for Mono Monday but although there was a touch of blue sky about the fiery beast was nowhere to be seen.

So here is a squirrel instead. I was too slow to get a shot of him on the wall as we approached, but I just caught him as he skedaddled up this pole.

The cricket was brilliant this morning. I watched the whole of the afternoon's play. It was a great result for England, as was the World Cup match last night.
