Pastries

Took Kyro for early walk so that he would settle when I went to town.  He met the border terrier, Lula again.  They were happy to see each other.  It's cute because she is tiny against Kyro.  Lula understandably got jealous when her owners and mother-in-law all made a fusx of Kyro.  It's very sweet that people are interested in his progress.  Although immediately prior to meeting them, Kyro was having vocal ab-dabs over the ever-unreachable squirrel.  

Before heading off to town left Kyro with his toy with a dog biscuit and smear of crunchy peanut butter to distract him.  He did well.  I know I can leave him for a while now.

Blip is the bread stall I buy baked goods from.  Prices have increased over the past months but with good bakeries few and far between this is a boon.  
Had a drizzly walk after lunch.  Kyro does enjoy his walks and unlike my previous greyhounds has lots of energy to burn.

He was unsettled on our return by the commotion of scaffolding being removed next door.  

Now finally exhausted on the sofa.

Just watched David Baddiel's programme on Channel four called Jews Don't Count.  Interesting discussion.

Now going to watch something else on catch-up.
