Moine Mhor

A day off work today, as part of my part-time return to work.
The health visitor came out to see H today, and was an absolute star with her.
I took the opportunity to go into town for a few messages, including putting a drawing of Tinkerbell in to the framers. The drawing had been done by our friend O (she with the pony Boots) and given to me as a gift! You can see more of here work here.
The post office was, as you might expect, mobbed. Bearing in mind the town has been without a post office for a couple of years, that's actually a very good thing.
For various reasons, had to go back into town this afternoon and bought some new hot-water bottles to replace the eight-year-old ones. I'd earlier in the season binned an even older one when I found it was so perished that I could tear it apart with my feeble hands.
The photo was taken as we drove across Moine Mhor as a scenic alternative to the main road home. Quite a bit of military air activity was ongoing, with a low-flying Chinook stunting around and two Eurofighter Typhoons doing their (very loud) high-energy manoeuvres above us.
And, because the mind works the way it does, I finally remembered the code for unlocking my work mobile phone. This is another very good thing, because otherwise there's no way of recovering the phone and I'd have to grovel to the boss for a new one.
