Plum blossom

At lunchtime I thought I wouldn't get in the garden as it was tipping it down but by the time I'd got home and eaten the sun had come out. In case it didn't last I got some pics taken and used flash (an experiment) to get this blossom against the blue sky, without the flowers were partly in shadow.
The sun sayed out most of the afternoon so I was forced to do some gardening until the rain came on.
This evening I was trying to make orange and lemon marmalade but it hasn't worked very well - probably not helped by partly burning the oranges yesterday when I was cooking them! It tastes okay but I think it will be runny!
