Cerddon ni i'r ysbyty heddiw am apwyntiad Nor'dzin.

Dydyn ni ddim yn gweld llawer o bobol yn cerdded fel cyfrwng trafnidiaeth y dyddiau hyn. Mae'r bobl rydyn ni'n cwrdd â nhw fel arfer yn mynd â chŵn am dro neu'n loncian, neu gerdded fel hamdden efallai. Yr eithriadau yw plant ysgol yn cerdded i'r ysgol ac yn ôl. Dydw i ddim yn cofio pryd gwnaethon ni gwrdd â phobol yn cerdded i'r siopau (neu'r ysbyty) ddiwethaf. Mae'r palmentydd yn wag (ac eithrio pan maen nhw'n cael eu defnyddio fel maes parcio).

Beth bynnag. Cerddon ni i'r ysbyty heddiw am apwyntiad Nor'dzin. Tra yr oedd hi weld y meddyg, as i am dro dros y parc a trwy'r coetir bach yna. Rydw i'n hoffi cael y gyfle crwydro ac yn tynnu ffotograffau. Cefais fy synnu i ddarganfod roedd rhywun wedi addurno un o'r coed gydag addurniadau Nadolig. Roedd e'n ddymunol. Mae'r ddau ohonon ni'n mwynhau arddangosiadau fel hyn, lle mae rhywun wedi addurno man cyhoeddus.

Ar ôl paned a chacen yn yr ysbyty cerddon ni adre eto. Deng mil o gamau heddiw.

We walked to the hospital today for Nor'dzin's appointment.

We don't see many people walking as a means of transport these days. The people we meet are usually walking dogs or jogging, or maybe walking for leisure. The exceptions are school children walking to and from school. I can't remember the last time we met people walking to the shops (or the hospital). The pavements are empty (except when they are used as a car park).

Whatever. We walked to the hospital today for Nor'dzin's appointment. While she was seeing the doctor, I went for a walk over the park and through that little woodland. I like to have the opportunity to wander and take photographs. I was surprised to find that someone had decorated one of the trees with Christmas decorations. He was pleasant. We both enjoy displays like this, where someone has decorated a public place.

After a cuppa and cake at the hospital we walked home again. Ten thousand steps today.
