Trying To Maintain Crowd Control

We took advantage of another glimpse of winter sunshine today to pop over to Rochester for a change of scenery and to hopefully capture a blip or two.
We had a stroll along the High Street and then intended to have a walk in the grounds of the castle but unfortunately it was completely fenced off for the Christmas Market at the weekend. Therefore, we could only walk around the perimeter and try and get our shots through the fencing and barricades.
My main image is of these giant gingerbread people appearing to be kept under control by various security apparatus - although two sets of fencing and some iron railings does seem a bit excessive!
The extra is a glimpse of one of the funfair rides that I managed to capture through a small gap in some of the hoardings with the castle walls in the background.
