Flower Friday: Lily

The Lillies in my Editor's birthday bouquet from almost 2 weeks ago have just opened and are now looking their best. I thought I'd blip a close-up of one of them for Bikerbear's FF challenge - many thanks for hosting, Anni!

We're certainly experiencing a significant cold snap at present: Jack Frost had some some lovely artwork this morning on one of the windows of my car as you can see in the extra.


Now for the results of last weekend's hosted Silly Saturday challenge.

It seems I must have dreamed the idea that someone else had offered to host Silly Saturday this month, so I’m very happy to do so instead. Sorry it’s taken a while to look through this month’s blips: It’s a busy time of year!

The next “formal” hosted Silly Saturday will be on the first Saturday of next year (January 7th) when Pipersmom has kindly agreed to host, followed by KangaZu on 4th February. I don’t have any hosts allocated for March onwards so please let me know if you’d like to host – it’s great fun!
