Friday: Prepping

We left Belize City this morning with an added passenger, my cousin Peter. He’s in the RAF and has been here working for a few days so tagged on an extra day to see us.  Our first family visitor!

We’ve roped him straight into helping.  Tomorrow night I’m hosting a gala dinner for 200 people so it has been all hands on deck. It’s for a good cause  - more to be revealed tomorrow.

We did reward him by taking him to Corker’s and plying him with beer.
