Sweet Potato Pone

Emergency Blip. I intended to go to the garden in search of a blip today but I got so busy with Christmas doings that I totally forgot about doing it. Hubby went fishing today with our nephew. It was cold and a windy in the Bay. They caught some fish in the river where the water was much calmer. I made this sweet potato pone because I read you can wrap sweet potatoes in foil and cook then
m in a crock pot. Thought I'd give it a try since I had a busy day planned. It worked like a charm. I cooked an apple in there as well to add to the pone. Hubby enjoyed it. I am not a fan of the sweet potato. Hope you have a relaxing weekend.
