High School Basketball

2 games in 2 nights.   In the dark and the rain.   Might be a bit much for us.  But it’s fun (once we get there) and Oskar texts us how much he likes to see grandparents at his games supporting the team.  (and loves the photos)   So how can we resist.   Tonight his Mom Anne brought her Dad to the game so wanted to record that too…her Mom passed away on TG day….and today is Anne’s birthday!  It’s been a very stressful year…she is amazingly resilient.   We brought gifts and cookies I made today ( can only manage half a recipe without taking a big break)  but will celebrate more later.    It’s a pretty good team this year…some good shooters and Osk is great at defense…and seems to spend time stretched out on the floor.  .but the Seattle school district has messed with the league and they are not happy with who they play,..   Last year for Anne to be the team parent volunteer.   And for us to attend high school basketball so we’ll do as much as we can.
