Snow joke

I awoke to this. It makes me anxious to drive or be driven in the snow( due to what I can only call a near death experience in the French alps in a car) so chose not to go to church at 10.
At 11-30 the roads had cleared so a friend and I set off for a brunch date in her car. All good : we ordered coffee and food, got the coffee and then the power went out. After about 20 minutes it hadn’t gone on so we abandoned the place and came home. At least we’d caught up :)
This afternoon I have been wrapping Christmas presents.
