Thanks for the good wishes yesterday. I am feeling the benefits from the treatment I began yesterday for the bronchitis. I had a much better sleep last night, and felt able to get up and make a pot of spicy vegetable soup.
I had 2 long phone calls with friends Ana and Jane.
I rallied myself and drove to one of my favourite places Caerlaverock nature reserve. I had hoped to see a barn owl , but instead I saw a male hen harrier hunting. There are only 700 breeding pairs in the UK. So I felt lucky .
