Not just for Christmas

It's always a blip on a plate for me whenever I spot an attractive weather vane that I've not seen before. This one was across the road from Aldi in Grantham. Mr PP had only popped in for a couple of items, so I stayed in the warmth of the car ... and there it was!

Another day when temperatures haven't risen above zero. While we were out shopping, the sun broke through only so far as to appear swimmingly and briefly as a pale yellow disc in the freezing fog. Brrrr.
