With no change in weather, this morning I looked for a change of scene, and walked up from the South Kirk, heading for the Ramsay Obelisk. The first photo I took captured the moment best, but I've added a couple of others as extras. Since the weather is due to break this weekend, and I'll be on my own for a fortnight from Saturday, I decided to extend my walk rather than work. 

Eventually I joined A, who had dropped the car off at Kwik-Fit for its MOT, and we then walked on to visit Mum. She was still in bed at 10:40, and very weak. Afterwards, we collected the car because equipment problems prevented Kwik-Fit from doing the MOT. Back home I put together the rough idea for a Knowledge Exchange fellowship that I might apply for, and sent it off to see whether it is viable. 

Then it was back to bug-fixing in our software.
