Curry in a hurry

I'm knackered after the weekend, did 11 hours at the laptop and two dog walks so cooking was definitely out of the question tonight.  A root around the freezer found two curry pings being saved for Gary to take on nights but they were sacrificed for the greater good.  We managed to make a mini banquet out of it in front of the telly.  A little catch up on a couple of things and an early(ish) night.
