Busy busy morning at Foodbank. We have started to give out Christmas hampers as well as normal food supplies and the word gets round immediately. It’s lovely to be able to give out extra more ‘special’ goodies at Christmas but it does mean loads more work.
This afternoon we went on a walk with the walking group but it was just so cold.
This evening we went to a mayor’s reception to receive a cheque for Foodbank. To be honest, I can’t stand pomp and ceremony but hey ho - it was an extra few quid!
