2910. The snow finally came….

……with a vengeance!

Walked into town this morning to meet my youngest to try and sort out the debacle that is his OU studies…sort of got a resolution but he was told on the phone today that he could have contacted the awards team himself by email in the first instance…so 10 days, an online chat and 3 phone calls later he found out he could have bypassed them all….it has been deeply frustrating for us all.

It snowed overnight and it has been snowing pretty steadily all day and is expected to last into the weekend too, so travel has been disrupted a bit today.  The walk into town was a bit tough because we’ve had about 12’ of snow in places and the paths were a bit treacherous.

Back at home now and nice and cosy in the house.  Having friends over for drinks tonight so I have a bit of prep to do for that soon.

I’m feeling a bit more relaxed now that my youngest seems to be on the way to a resolution as it’s been a hard slog……graduation next!
