On the road to Tobermory

An unexpected visit to the surgery this morning, John was good enough to drive, I was surprised at the amount of snow up on the hills, more than over here. On the drive in we could see ‘weather’ approaching, on the return journey it was with us.

The road surface was fine, we followed the bus for some of the way home, it carved out good tracks through the hailstones, although once into the village it was raining. And still is, looking out gives a grey, gloomy view after all those days of sunshine. It has started to thaw again, fingers crossed this continues, Dervaig has a busy few days ahead.
